Join us for a day of shamatha and walking meditation, quiet practice, and meaningful exchange. Open to beginners and experienced meditators alike.Â
Come for the whole day or for individual sessions. (Please arrive a few minutes before the start of a practice session.)

- 10:00 – 11:30 Meditation
- 11:30 – 12:30 Lunch break
- 12:30 – 14:00 Meditation
- 14:00 – 14:30 Tea break & discussion
- 14:30 – 16:00 Meditation
