The next Day of Meditation will be held after the summer break! Dates coming soon.
Join us for a day of sitting and walking meditation, as well as group conversation. Beginners and experienced meditators alike are welcome.
Individual meditation instruction will be offered at 10 am, while the first session of the day starts at 10:30.
Come for the whole day or for individual sessions. (Please arrive a few minutes before the start of a practice session.)

- 10:30 – 12:00 Meditation
- 12:00 – 1:00 Lunch break
- 1:00 – 2:30 Meditation
- 2:30 – 3:00 Tea & discussion
- 3:00 – 4:30 Meditation
Free to attend – donations welcome.
Tea, fruit, and cookies provided. Bring a bag lunch and your water bottle.
